Spot the Glitch Cab — terms.

1. Promoter

This free prize draw is promoted by London Glitch Ltd, trading as London's Glitch, Arch 7, 166 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 0DG.

2. Dates

Opens: 23 September 2026. Closes: 1 November 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
• Employees of the promoter, artists working at the studio and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Entry is completely free. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required at any stage.

4. How to enter

There are three ways to enter, and all carry equal weight:

• Photograph or film the Glitch Cab, share it to your Instagram Stories and tag @londonsglitch. If your account is private, upload a screenshot with your entry so it can be verified.
• Share the official Glitch Cab campaign Reel to your Instagram Stories and tag @londonsglitch.
• Complete the entry form on this website. No Instagram account is required.

One entry per person. Entries are matched on email address, so entering by more than one route does not increase your chance of winning. Incomplete, illegible or unverifiable entries may be rejected.

5. Instant reward for real-life cab spotters

A person who genuinely spots the Glitch Cab in real life, shares their own photo or video of it to Instagram Stories and tags @londonsglitch may collect one free artwork print from London's Glitch studio. Private-account holders may show or send screenshot proof so the Story can be verified.

• One free artwork print per person.
• The reward applies only to a genuine real-life Glitch Cab sighting.
• Collection is from London's Glitch studio only; the print cannot be posted.
• Choice is limited to artwork prints currently available in store.
• The reward is subject to availability and offered only while stocks last.
• There is no cash alternative.

Receiving a free artwork print does not affect eligibility for, or the entrant's chance of winning, the main free prize draw.

6. Prize-draw prizes

• First prize: one full-day tattoo session.
• Second prize: one half-day tattoo session.
• Third prize: one palm-size tattoo (approximately 7–8 cm), subject to design and placement.
• Fourth prize: one £150 minimum-charge tattoo.

There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, promotion or gift voucher. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make that necessary.

7. Winner selection

Four winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The first name drawn receives the first prize, the second the second prize, and so on in the order set out above. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Choosing your artist

Every winner may choose one of the five artists featured on the Glitch Cab: Clara, Libby, Jamie, Mars, Alya. Tattoo design, size and placement remain subject to the chosen artist's style, an assessment of suitability, their availability and the studio's health, safety and hygiene policies. Artists may decline a specific design or placement where it is not suitable, and will work with the winner on an alternative.

Artists at London's Glitch are self-employed and each sets their own process and diary. Appointments are arranged around the chosen artist's availability.

9. Contacting winners

Winners will be contacted by email, and by Instagram direct message where an Instagram handle was supplied. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, the promoter may withdraw the prize and redraw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

10. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram has no responsibility or liability in connection with it. By entering, you release Instagram from any such responsibility.

11. Your data

London Glitch Ltd is the data controller for entry information. We use your first name, email address, Instagram handle and any verification screenshot only to administer this prize draw, verify entries and contact winners. Verification screenshots are stored privately and are visible only to studio staff.

Marketing consent is entirely optional and is kept separate from your entry — choosing not to opt in has no effect on your eligibility or chance of winning. If you do opt in, you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email from us or contacting the studio. Entry data is deleted once the draw has been administered and any prizes fulfilled, unless you have asked to stay in touch. See our privacy policy for full details.

12. General

By entering, entrants accept these terms. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms, and to amend these terms or cancel the promotion where necessary for reasons outside its control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
